During the challenging times of COVID-19, property values surged due to inventory shortages and escalating demand. However, my research and prior industry experience highlighted a glaring disparity: individual property buyers lacked comprehensive, accessible, and accurate information to assess their investments effectively, unlike corporate investors. This injustice resulted in missed opportunities, miscalculated costs and returns, and unforeseen legal issues impacting investment success.

After founding Smart Development Group, my commitment to real estate technologies led me to focus on market changes and identify customer needs to build a new tool, QORS—an AI-based solution designed to revolutionize the U.S. real estate sector. QORS, a pioneering AI-based solution conceived by SDG California, is poised to become a transformative force in the U.S. real estate sector.
